On the occasion of Photography Club presenting, which was conducted on 15th April, 2023, the PICA social media team and the Photography Club launched a Architectural Tour Photography Competition. Through this competition, we appreciate the amazing talent and passion people share for photography.
To solemnize Tours, Pillai College of Architecture held a Tour Photography Competition by engaging Architecture students from all Batches of PiCA. It took place on the 15th April 2023 through the virtue of Instagram and google forms. The supervision was done by Prof. Tushara Kaliyath. The top 10 entries were shortlisted by our Faculties through Google Form Marking, Rating them from 1 to 5, 5 being the highest. About 60+ entries were received out of which our Faculties shortlisted 10 per category. Of which 3 winners were selected and popular choice winner was selected by voting done on an Instagram story
After carefully examining each display, the winners were announced, bringing the event to a proper conclusion. Mahajan Nupur was declared the winner, followed by Sameer Pawar as First Runner Up and Chinmay Sybil as Second Runner Up. Popular Choice Award was won by Yutika Tawde. The winners were congratulated by uploading their winning submissions on PICA’s Instagram page.
