As a part of Architectural design studio for Third academic year – Sem 5, we invited Dr. Kurush Dalal as our first guest under Archilogics Lecture series by PiCA 2020-21.
The lecture was planned especially to get expert’s comments to help current design project for food bazaar. It was conducted in the form of a Q&A session between students and the guest, which was also supported by our faculty team as well.
The guest addressed a few pointers related to the project as follows,
- Mumbai as a culmination of various communities & developing different cultures in
different pockets of the city - Culinary practices and different traditional food it offers
- The experience of shopping in bazaar / markets as a foodie
- Food habits – experiencing having food outside
