A Guest Lecture on Stress Management was conducted at Pillai College of Architecture on 26th November. The event was organized by the Anubhuti team of PiCA and held at Conclave 1. It saw enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members. Dr. Shilpa Parhar, a practicing psychologist in Parhar Hospital, Panvel was invited as the guest speaker. The session included an interactive presentation followed by a discussion addressing students’ concerns. The program concluded with a Thank You note and a token of appreciation presented to Dr. Parhar.
