A Women’s Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted in the institute for investigating the cases in case of receipt of any complaint from any female teaching / non teaching and female students regarding sexual harassment, gender discrimination or harassment of any nature etc.

In Pursuant to AICTE New Delhi Notification Date 25th May, 2012 regarding “Establishment of Mechanism for Grievance Redressal Regulations 2012”, and AICTE letter dated 9th July, 2012 a Grievance Redressal Committee at Institute level is constituted to hear and dispose speedily the complaints received from the aggrieved students and their parents regarding admission, administration, academic and other related subjects.

PiCA is having a Physically Disabled-Friendly Environment, with sufficient facilities like elevators and ramps.
Fire Safety Policy
Institute has taken appropriate precautionary measures to prevent fire hazards and trained the all staff concerned.
Collection of Fees (Anti Capitation Fee Policy)
The Institute will charge only the fees approved by Shikshan Shulk Samiti from the students.
Non Smoking Policy
Smoking and use of tobacco and other tobacco leaf products are strictly banned in the campus.
