Important Instructions Admission to B.Arch. (First Year of Architecture) A.Y. 2020-21

Instructions to candidates for filling up the application form

1. Read all the instructions carefully before filling up the form.
2. Carefully fill all the information into the portal (You are required to go through the eligibility criteria laid down by DTE, Maharashtra, for B.Arch. admissions).
3. Application Processing Fees per candidate will be Rs. 1,000/- which is not refundable.
4. Please fill in all the mandatory fields i.e. fields marked with *.
5. Check the information entered by you in the application form carefully before submitting the form.
6. Once the application is submitted, no changes can be made thereafter.
7. After the submission of the form, please proceed for payment of the processing fees.
8. Please note that your application will be considered only after the successful payment of processing fees, completed and submitted in all respect before the due date of submission.
9. Allotment of seats will depend on the availability of seats and the order of preference given by the candidate and as per merit only. A seat will be offered based on the merit and availability of seats taken together. The candidate needs to keep checking the college website for his / her merit status for admission under IL seats.
10. A candidate who is offered a seat needs to pay Full fees as per stipulated admission schedule (i.e. deadline) to secure the same
11. Candidate who does not pay the requisite amount as per the deadline will lose his / her claim on the offered seat.
12. A candidate who has been allotted a seat and fails to secure the same within the deadline, his / her candidature will not be considered any further.
13. At any point of time, candidates will not be permitted to hold two seats.
14. Cancellation rules are as per the government rules.
15. Admissions are open to all and there is NO reservations applicable in the IL seats. For any reservations and their benefits students can apply through CAP rounds conducted by Government of Maharashtra and take admission @ PICA through CAP. 16. Please note that the admission process is carried out strictly in accordance with the norms and guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra.
17. Admission process may be subjected to changes, as per Institute or College committee instructions / the instructions received from DTE, Maharashtra from time to time.
18. Submission and processing of the application do not guarantee admission. It is purely based on the availability of the seats in the order of merit. (Please refer the college website for further instructions).
19. The College continues to keep portal open for admission till the cut-off date of admission as we are uncertain about the number of seats remaining vacant.
20. It is mandatory for every candidate to register on DTE website or CET CELL website for applying for the admission process at the College.
21. Any falsification found in Data Sheet submitted by the candidate for seeking admission shall result in cancellation of the candidature from the admission process.

Step 1
Candidates will be eligible to apply if she / he is eligible as per rules and regulations of DTE, Maharashtra / CET CELL Maharashtra.

Step 2
The applications which are completed in all respect and has made payment of Rs. 1,000/- will only be processed.

Candidates please keep checking www.pica.ac.in website for admission schedule and merit list announcement.

Step 4
A seat will be offered based on the merit and availability of seats

Step 5
Selected candidates visit the college with relevant original documents and pay the fees and confirms his / her admission at Institute level as per the schedule.
