The event was held on 6th June, 2019

The event was a fun session of planting creepers in coconut shell hangings. The exhibition was on the ground floor and the display of the coconut shell planters created by the students of PICA. The sheels were acquired from a local Coconut water stall. The saplings and red soil from nearby nursery, some rope from local shops to create a beautiful green wall alongside the Canteen.

Making of the Wall hanging planters with creepers. As these are made of decomposable coconut shell filled with soil and manure, they are very environment friendly. The eco-planter is planted with creeper and tied to fence with a jute rope.

The event was coordinated by Ar. Prof. Reshma Sathe, with the help of Anubhuti, the social service wing of PICA. The event was attended by about 100 students and faculty of PICA.
