The General Body Introduction Ceremony at Pillai College of Architecture was held with great enthusiasm to introduce the newly appointed Student Council and Club Heads for the academic year 2024–25. The event commenced with a warm address by Aditi Raul, the General Secretary, who expressed gratitude for the opportunity to lead and welcomed dignitaries, faculty, staff, and fellow students.
The Event Highlighted the accomplishments of the previous council and outlined the objectives for the upcoming year—emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and active student participation.

Various club heads were also announced, leading Photography, Nature, Drama, Heritage, Book & Movie, and Music & Dance Clubs.
The Treasury Team, led by Atharva Niwate and Ritvika Kokane, presented the budget and shared an overview of financial plans for the year.
Class Representatives from 2nd to 5th year were also introduced to represent student voices from each batch.
A Monthly Calendar of Events was unveiled to encourage inclusive participation in upcoming activities.
Prof. Ashwini Bhosale addressed the gathering with insights on the Student Engagement Credit Protocol, further enhancing the academic integration of extracurricular involvement.
The event concluded with a short video reel celebrating the new council and a heartfelt vote of thanks acknowledging the contributions of the outgoing team and the support of faculty and staff.
