Spirit Week 2025 was a vibrant four-day event organized by the PiCA Senate at Pillai College of Architecture. Held from 24th November to 27th November 2023, the event served as a warm and lively welcome week for first-year students, helping them feel included, comfortable, and connected to the college community.
The week commenced with Bollywood Day on 24th November, where students enthusiastically dressed as iconic Bollywood characters. The campus came alive with colorful outfits, retro styles, and filmy expressions, creating a joyful and celebratory atmosphere. First-year students actively participated, showcasing their creativity and confidence.
The second day, 25th November, was celebrated as Fashion Disaster Day. Students intentionally put together quirky, mismatched, and humorous outfits, filling the campus with laughter and fun. This day encouraged students to let go of inhibitions and enjoy the lighter side of fashion, strengthening bonds among peers.
On 26th November, Twin/Triplets Day was celebrated with great excitement. Groups of friends coordinated their outfits to look identical, reflecting teamwork and friendship. The creative interpretations and synchronized dressing added charm and energy to the day, making it one of the most engaging moments of Spirit Week.
Throughout all four days, the campus remained energetic and enthusiastic. The first-year students especially enjoyed the experience, as Spirit Week helped ease their transition into college life and gave them an opportunity to interact with seniors and peers in a fun and friendly setting. Overall, Spirit Week 2023 was a memorable success, fostering unity, creativity, and a strong sense of belonging within the college.
