Week-long Activities
The week commenced with a review session of Charles Correa’s book Place in the Shade. Students were assigned to review the book and present their insights in class. These discussions provided a deeper understanding of Correa’s architectural philosophies and their relevance in contemporary design.

Following the review session, a series of lectures were conducted on the methods of graphically representing book reviews. These lectures helped students develop visual storytelling techniques and understand the importance of graphical representation in conveying architectural concepts effectively.

In parallel, the university’s book club organized a book-reading activity where members exchanged books and shared their insights. This interactive session facilitated discussions on various architectural perspectives and broadened the students’ knowledge base.

Exhibition and Conclusion
The week culminated on January 15th with an exhibition at the university library. The exhibition showcased the students’ work on graphical representations of their book reviews. The students had the opportunity to present their work in front of esteemed faculty members, Prof. Amruta Patil and Prof. Jagrati.

At the conclusion of the event, Prof. Amruta Patil and Prof. Aarti addressed the students, emphasizing the significance of reading habits and their role in personal and professional growth. Their encouragement motivated students to continue engaging with literature as a means of expanding their architectural knowledge and critical thinking skills.
