Pillai College of Architecture celebrated National Constitution day in the 4th-floor studio of the PiCA campus at 10:30 a.m. . The event was joined by our esteemed Principal ma’am, the faculty of PiCA and students.
The event started with a presentation by Ms. Pallavi Taori, on what the constitution is, when it was formed and why it is important.
The Constitution helps to serve as a set of laws and principles that everyone in the country can agree on as a basis for how they want the country to be governed. It also describes citizens as believing that their country should support them. It is important as it protects the rights of the individual and the basic principles that govern the country.
Last but not least, Ms. Nikitha Dileep recited the preamble and everyone repeated after her. This was followed by a short video on how we salute the great women and men who gave India a Constitution we are proud of. The event concluded with a warm note of gratitude.
The event was attended by around 60 people including faculty and the principal ma’am. Social media link: https://www.instagram.com/p/ClThuT1j2n-/?igshid=MDJmNzVkMjY=
