The Felicitation Ceremony commenced with a warm welcome by host, who addressed the audience on behalf of the college. The event aimed to honor the outstanding contributions of the faculty, non-teaching staff, and students.
The program started by extending a special welcome to the Principal, Dr. Sudnya Mahimkar, whose leadership has been instrumental in the institution’s success. A heartfelt thanks was also extended to the professors and non-teaching staff for their dedication, and to the students for their academic and extracurricular excellence. It has begun by lighting the lamp by all the faculties.
Moving ahead, The program continued by expressing heartfelt gratitude to the backbone of PiCA — dedicated Administrative Support and Housekeeping & Auxiliary staff.
Then the faculty members continue to inspire through exceptional leadership and innovation were felicitated with warm enthusiasm. We had PiCA tour photography competition held by the Photography club, next celebrated event – Vaachan Sankalp Diwas Competition, Vachan Prerna Diwas Competition 2024-25, students who bagged prizes in Alegria, the driving force behind Alegría 2024, our institute’s vibrant cultural festival, students who played pivotal roles across organizing, publicity, marketing, creative, and social media teams, pouring their time, talent, and spirit into making Alegría a grand success. Students with outstanding academic performances, students having ave Creativity in Design Awards, athletic excellence. The contributions of students who actively participated in organizing and managing the Education fair, Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), and for receiving USRP Grant Achievement were acknowledged. The successful hosting of Faculty Development Program (FDP) was applauded.
Students’ Council has played a pivotal role in organizing, managing, and energizing campus life with unmatched dedication and creativity. These students have taken ownership beyond academics — managing events, communication, finances, publications, and community engagement. The Senate council of 2024-25 was felicitated and was signed off on this day.
The ceremony was a heartwarming celebration of excellence, dedication, and creativity at PiCA. It concluded with resounding applause and pride for every contributor who made the academic year 2024–2025 memorable and inspiring.
