The main aim of the event is to make students aware about the benefits of yoga.
The motive of align yoga is to inculcate a complete body and mind exercise in our day to day schedule so as to attain peace and comfort in our own skin and body.
Mr. Parag Javadekar, the founder of “ALIGN YOGA” developed his interest right from his graduation days in Pune. He started his yoga journey by taking a post graduate diploma in Therapeutic Restorative Yoga from Dr. Karandikar in Kabir Baug Math Sanstha.
With this brief introduction to the students about himself, Mr. Parag Javadekar began the event by explaining the benefits of yoga to our body. He elaborated on the various aspects of practicing yoga.
To understand their newly gained knowledge better, the students were asked to practice yoga with his guidance. This was an hour long event. He explained the various stages of yoga and the importance of breathing pattern. With the help of visual interaction and learning students performed the different yogasanas following his guidelines.
By the end of the event, students were able to perform yoga on their own.
The event was then concluded by the vote of thanks.
